Friesen Passes Sheppard Late to Win Orange County Fair Speedway Season Opener

MIDDLETOWN, NY – After flying in following the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series event at Atlanta Motor Speedway earlier in the afternoon, Stewart Friesen found his way to the front of the stout Modified field on hand for Orange County Fair Speedway’s 43-lap, $4,300 to win Jimmy Horton Tribute event, which opened the 2020 season at the Legendary House of Power. Friesen, who has already accumulated six wins despite the short schedule, found his way by new OCFS regular and rival, Matt Sheppard, with 2 laps to go to score the big paycheck.
