OCALA, FL – Northeast competitors went two for two in USCS Outlaw Thunder ‘Winter Heat’ action at the Bubba Raceway Park this weekend.
Friday evening it was Davie Franek driving the No. 28f to a statement victory, allowing for some early season momentum ahead of the New Jersey pilot’s 2019 effort.
Saturday night, it was Pennsylvania campaigner Mark Smith’s turn. Smith drove his Mach 1 Chassis to an impressive win ahead of Sam Hafertepe Jr. and Tony Stewart on the podium.
Rounding out the top five in Saturday’s A-Main were Larry Wight and Mark Ruel Jr. Filling in the remainder of the top ten were Wayne Johnson, Seth Bergman, Franek, Carson Short, and Thomas Kennedy.
