OSWEGO, NY – Syrell Racing is pleased to welcome Skip’s Fish Fry as a partner for the 2019 Supermodified campaign at Oswego Speedway.
Skip’s will ride on the side of the No. 68 Syrell Racing Supermodified, driven weekly again by former track champion Michael Barnes, as well as the No. 08 machine, driven part-time by Dan Kapuscinski.
Located at 42 West 2nd St. in Oswego, Skip’s Fish Fry is Oswego’s only authentic New England style fish fry.
As a small and locally owned family business, the main focus of Skip’s Fish Fry is to bring freshly sourced seafood from the wharfs of Boston.
Skip’s proudly offers fresh haddock, scallops, shrimp, and a host of other salt-water treasures that have made Skip’s Fish Fry a local hot spot in Oswego County.
Skip’s is open Monday through Saturday, opening at 11 a.m.

Syrell Racing will open their racing calendar on Saturday, May 25 with Oswego Speedway’s 69th consecutive season of operation featuring the Jim Shampine Memorial Twin 50’s for the Novelis Supermodified division. Driver Michael Barnes and the Syrell team will be in action looking for their first Shampine Memorial title.
